Menopause can bring a whole mix of physical, emotional, and mental changes that can leave you feeling unlike yourself. I offer gentle, practical, and deeply supportive menopause management to help you make sense of what’s happening in your body and mind. Using my training as a menopause wellbeing practitioner, I give you space to talk openly about how you’re feeling—without judgment, embarrassment, or being told to “just get on with it.”

Together, we explore what your symptoms mean for you, find simple lifestyle shifts that genuinely make a difference, and work on restoring balance in the areas that feel out of sync. The aim? For you to feel calmer, clearer, and more empowered as you move through this transition—because menopause doesn’t have to be something you survive; it can be something you navigate with confidence and support.  Mind and Life management tools can also be used as appropriate.
